1、Overview
Lmag_W800 is the battery-powered electromagnetic water meter converter series researched and developed by our company, the series converter can combine with the ordinary electromagnetic flowmeter sensor and reach 0.5 grade of flow measurement accuracy. That is to say, the user can develop a new product — electromagnetic water meter series product by Lmag_W800 converter instead of the original ordinary electromagnetic flow meter.
Lmag_W800 electromagnetic water meter converter is configured with a conventional lithium battery pack, and can continuously work for over 3 years. If it is equipped with high-capacity lithium battery pack, the continuous working time will be longer.
Lmag_W800 electromagnetic water meter converter can use the base station wireless communication network system. The communication base station is established in the regional center, covering the radius of 1000m. The electromagnetic water meters can closely communicate with the base station (SRD mode), using open frequency range of 928MHZ (American Standard). The base station can complete the data communication with the management computer through GPRS or CDMA mobile phone communication network. In addition, Lmag_W800 electromagnetic water meter converter can also directly complete the data communication with the management computer through GPRS or CDMA mobile phone communication network.
Lmag_W800 electromagnetic water meter converter with die-cast aluminum meter case and IP68 sealing protection design can be used in the damp places such as under the well and so on.

3、Matching requirements
▲ Excitation coil resistance of the sensor: 30 ~ 50 ohms (two coils in series)
▲ Flow signal strength of the sensor: 150 ~ 200 micro-volts (flow rate of 1m/s)
Description: When the flow is calibrated, the calibrated sensor coefficient is about 1.0000, indicating that the sensor flow signal strength meets the requirements. The sensor coefficient is greater than 1.0000, indicating low sensitivity of the sensor flow, and the sensor coefficient is less than 1.0000, indicating the high sensitivity of the sensor flow. Higher sensitivity of the sensor flow is beneficial to increase the stability and accuracy of the flow meter measurement.
In principle, if the ordinary sensor of Lanshen 250mA excitation converter is provided. As long as the calibration coefficient is below 1.0000, Lmag_W800 converter can achieve a good matching.
