HYD-5000 plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter is used to measure and convey the volume flows of conductive liquids within large-diameter pipeline. It can be widely used in the industrial sectors (such as chemical industry, chemical fiber, metallurgy, chemical fertilizer, papermaking, water supply and drainage, and sewage treatment, etc.), conductive liquid flow measurement of the agricultural irrigation water measurement and automatic control of the production process.
The sensor has the following characteristics:
◆The flowmeter is featured by simple structure and reliable operation with no moving part.
◆Plug-in electromagnetic structure can be easily installed and removed under the low pressure condition or pressurized condition without interrupting the water supply. So it is especially applicable to the fluid measurement in the existing pipeline with easy maintenance and repair of the instrument.
◆The measurement accuracy is not impacted from the changes in the physical parameters, such as temperature, pressure, density, viscosity and electrical conductivity (as long as the conductivity is greater than 5μs/cm) of the measured medium.
◆There is almost no pressure loss in the flowmeter, and the energy loss is very low.
◆Its manufacturing cost and installation expenses are lower than the general flowmeter. It is particularly suitable for the flow measurement in the large and medium diameter pipelines.
◆The advanced low-frequency square wave excitation is used, stable zero point, strong anti-interference ability, reliable operation.
◆Large range of flow measurement. The flow rate at the full range in the measured pipeline can be set arbitrarily between 1m/s and 10m/s. There is a linear relationship between the output signal and flow.
◆The flowmeter can not only output 0~10mA DC or 4~20mA DC standard current, but also output 1~5 kHz frequency.
